Mindset

For those of you who have seen the elephants in Chiangmai or Chiangrai, you now know why they still stay around though tied with a rather small rope tied to a small stake they could easily dislodge.

The only constant is CHANGE. And if we want to progress, we need to remove the shackles and venture. If we want to improve even our work process to do things better, faster, cheaper, we need to have the mindset that it can be done. Let us see what we can improve on.
